INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
At Kawaseiko LLC, we carefully verify shipping addresses before processing orders using address validation information provided by shipping carriers, including USPS address data. If an address is incomplete, incorrect, or missing required details, your order may be temporarily placed on hold until we receive confirmation of the correct shipping information.
If we are unable to receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In the event of an address-related issue, our team will contact you through the email address provided during checkout.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address, it may be returned to us by the carrier. In such cases, we are unable to offer automatic reshipment, as payment authorization is completed at the time of purchase and we do not retain payment information for additional shipping charges.
