ELIGIBLE REFUND PERIOD
Because each product is individually created specifically for your order, refunds and exchanges are only available in the following situations:

To request a refund or resolution, please contact Kawaseiko LLC within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

RETURN PACKAGE CONDITION
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following requirements:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
