HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER? 

Simply select your preferred style on the product page, click the "Add to Cart" button, and follow the easy steps to complete your purchase.

Once your order is placed, we’ll get it ready for production and notify you as soon as it’s on its way!

All items are made to order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Our total estimated delivery time is 5–13 business days within the United States, which includes both order processing (2–6 business days) and transit (3–7 business days).

For international shipments, please allow 7–21 business days total depending on your location and local postal services.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Sometimes, tracking information may not update for several days, especially during high-volume periods. If more than 7 days have passed without any tracking updates, please reach out to our support team at support@kawaseiko.com for assistance.
